The Community hub inside MI COMMS lets you communicate with the community, while being served as a customers via other channels.

As a customer, you can post 4 types of content within the community. These are Ideas, Questions, Problems and Discussions. Each of these serves a particular purpose.

When you have something to discuss, you can post a discussion within the community. It's a great way to debate and collaborate.

Your may ask you specific questions about  business or products, within the MI COMMS community hub. You can ask questions or look at answers to questions which have been recently raised. 

Problems are issues that you as a customer face when you interact with the products and services that I offer within MI COMMS. You can describe the exact problem(s) being faced and give insight.  If need be, we can convert the 'problem' into a support ticket and even keep you updated on its status.

Ideas from customers often lead to new directions for business and I encourage you to share their ideas within the community. Let others  vote on the ideas and let there be real democracy within our community.
